Wind River, originally founded as Wind River Tiny Homes in 2014 and now operating as Wind River Built, is a privately owned design-build company headquartered in the Apison and Bradley County area of Tennessee. The company specializes in offsite construction of modular and park model tiny homes, combining intentional design, engineering, and skilled craftsmanship to deliver residential and commercial solutions. Wind River's expanded 92,000-square-foot facility — the result of a $2.5 million investment — significantly increased production capacity and allowed the company to move beyond tiny homes into broader modular construction, including multi-unit community development and branded short-term rental experiences. An on-site cabinet shop, painting room, and design showroom support the company's end-to-end manufacturing and customization capabilities.
