Destiny Homes, founded in 1978 by brothers Bill and Donnie Edwards and based in Moultrie, Georgia, manufactures affordable single- and multi-section manufactured and modular homes for the southeastern United States. Operating from an advanced 200,000-square-foot facility, the company produces a variety of floor plans distributed through independent retail outlets across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, and South Carolina. Product lines include the Tall Oaks series—available in ranch, two-story, and bungalow styles—and the Southern Pines line offering multisection configurations. Destiny Homes was acquired by Cavco Industries in 2019 and now operates as Cavco Moultrie, continuing to serve buyers seeking quality, value-oriented housing in the South.
