The company specializes in Florida Building Code-compliant small-footprint foundation homes as well as RVIA-certified tiny homes on wheels, with floor plans ranging from 360 to over 1,050 square feet. Their homes are built in a state-approved modular manufacturing facility and can be tailored for use as primary residences, rental properties, or accessory dwelling units, with most homes priced between $80,000 and $160,000 or more.
