The company produces compact, fully finished residential units with a base price starting at €98,500, each featuring a furnished bathroom, a fireplace, and an open-plan interior divided into three functional zones. Construction relies entirely on domestic Austrian timber, with all structural elements and interior furnishings produced from prefabricated components for consistency and quality. Units are truck-transportable and can be installed at virtually any site without complex groundwork or lengthy bureaucratic processes, making them a practical solution for addressing housing shortages. Customers select from a catalog of exterior facade materials and interior finishes, enabling a degree of personalization while maintaining the efficiency and affordability of prefabrication.
