Baluchon

Baluchon is a French artisan tiny house manufacturer founded in 2016 by Vincent Bouhours and Laeticia Dupé, based in Le Pallet in the Loire-Atlantique wine region near Nantes. The company designs and builds entirely custom, high-end tiny houses and liftable modules mounted on road trailers, using noble natural materials and traditional craftsmanship. Since its founding, Baluchon has produced approximately one hundred bespoke tiny houses, with each project developed collaboratively with the client — beginning with a workshop meeting to define needs, followed by 3D modelling and handmade construction. Baluchon also supports self-builders through conferences, workshops, and group purchasing programmes. Their tiny homes offer an ecological, mobile alternative to conventional housing, appealing to clients across France and Europe seeking personalised, sustainable compact living.
