The company produces a line of thirteen steel-framed modular home models — Connect 2 through Connect 10 — ranging from compact residences to larger family dwellings, with base pricing between $242 and $309 per square foot. Modules arrive at the job site approximately 90 percent complete, with exterior and interior finishes, doors, windows, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems already installed in the company's own San Bernardino factory, enabling site finishing in a matter of days. All homes are engineered to meet LEED Platinum and CalGreen Tier 2 standards, with net-zero energy use achievable through integrated solar and efficient building envelopes.
